Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 7 February 2019 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Partnership cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Partnership be wound up voluntarily and that David Taylor (IP No. 13790) and Gareth Roberts (IP No. 8826) both of KRE Corporate Recovery LLP, 1st Floor, Hedrich House, 14-16 Cross Street, Reading, RG1 1SN be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
