Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 and Section 246A of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held by way of telephone conference on 25 April 2016 at 11.00 am for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act. Resolutions to be taken at this meeting may also include a resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated and the meeting may receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting. In accordance with Section 246A of the Insolvency Act 1986, it is proposed that this meeting be held remotely and any creditor wishing to exercise their right to speak or vote in this way should contact Cornerstone Business Recovery for the dial in details to be used at the designated time. Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting must lodge their proxy, together with a full statement of account at Cornerstone Business Recovery, 136 Hertford Road, Enfield, Middlesex EN3 5AX, not later than 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the day of the meeting.

For the purposes of voting, Secured Creditors are required unless they surrender their security, to lodge at Cornerstone Business Recovery, 136 Hertford Road, Enfield, Middlesex, EN3 5AX before the meeting, a statement giving particulars of their security, the date when it was given and the value at which it is assessed.

A full list of the names and addresses of the Company’s creditors may be examined free of charge at the offices of Cornerstone Business Recovery, 136 Hertford Road, Enfield, Middlesex EN3 5AX between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm on the two business days prior to the day of the meeting.
