A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Online Depot Limited (09206060) of Unit 4 Imperial Park, Imperial Way, Watford WD24 4PP, Unit 4 Imperial Park, Imperial Way, Watford WD24 4PP (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is Pharmaceutical Supply/ Pharmacy, presented on Tuesday 17 September 2019, at 16:14 by PHOENIX HEALTHCARE DISTRIBUTION LIMITED, of Rivington Road, Whitehouse Industrial Estate, Runcorn WA7 3DJ claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Manchester Business and Property Courts, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Monday 25 November 2019, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
