Ordinary Resolution

"That Bijal Shah of Edge Recovery Limited, 27 Church Street, Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, WD3 1DE, be appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding-up".

CREDITORS DECISION PROCEDURE

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 11 September 2020 the resolution was ratified confirming the appointment of Bijal Shah as liquidator.
