"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Frederick Charles Satow (IP No. 8326) and Paul Michael Davis (IP No. 7805) both of MacIntyre Hudson LLP, 6th Floor, 2 London Wall Place, London, EC2Y 5AU be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately”
