A Petition to wind up the above-named company of One Vision Construction Limited (11896205) of 61 Bridge Street, Kington HR5 3DJ, previously of Unit 2, 27 Knowsley Street, Bury BL9 0ST, Unit 2, 27 Knowsley Street, Bury BL9 0ST (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is Construction , presented on Tuesday 27 September 2022, at 10:00 by OSP GRP LTD, of 6th Floor A M P House, Dingwall Road, Croydon CR0 2LX claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Manchester Insolvency and Companies List, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Tuesday 15 November 2022, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
