At a General Meeting of the Charity convened and held by conference call on 18 May 2020 at 12.45 pm the following special resolution and ordinary resolution were passed:

“That the Charity be wound up voluntarily and that Adam Henry Stephens (IP No. 9748) and Finbarr Thomas O’Connell (IP No. 7931) both of Smith & Williamson LLP, 25 Moorgate, London, EC2R 6AY be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Charity for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up."
