A petition to wind up the above-named Company whose registered office is situate at BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London W1U 7EU, presented on the 29 February 2016 by FORMBY 2010 LIMITED of West Tower Brook Street, Liverpool, Merseyside L3 9PJ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at The Companies Court, The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on the 21 March 2016 at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
