The adjourned Petition to wind up One Acre Property Group Ltd (‘the Company”) (“registered number 11240453”) of Lencett House, 45 Boroughgate, Otley, LS21 1AG, presented on 23 June 2022 by ARP GEOTECHNICAL LTD trading as ARP Associates of 5 & 6 Northwest Business Park, Servia Hill, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS6 2QH a Creditor of the Company will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Leeds Combined Court Centre, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BH on 13 September 2022 at 10.00am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
