A Petition to wind up the above named Company of Lencett House, 45 Boroughgate, Otley, West Yorkshire LS21 1AG, whose nature of business is 41201 — Construction of commercial buildings, 41202 — Construction of domestic buildings, 74100 — Specialised design activites, was presented on Thursday 23 June 2022 at 10.55 am by ARP GEOTECHNICAL LTD trading as ARP Associates of 5 & 6 Northwest Business Park, Servia Hill, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS6 2Q8 a Creditor of the Company will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Leeds Combined Court Centre, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BH on 9 August 2022 at 10:00am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
