NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 that the Liquidator, Brian Baker of Moore Kingston Smith & Partners LLP intends to declare a first and final dividend of the Prescribed Part to the unsecured creditors of the Company within 2 months of the last date for proving on 7 July 2022.

Creditors who have not yet proved, must send their full names and addresses (and those of their Solicitors, if any), together with full particulars of their debts or claims to the Liquidator, Brian Baker of Moore Kingston Smith & Partners LLP at 6th Floor, 9 Appold Street, London, EC2A 2AP by 7 July 2022.

If so required by notice from the Liquidator, either personally or by their Solicitors, Creditors must come in and prove their debts at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice. If they default in providing such proof, they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

The distribution may be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved.
