“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nicholas Cusack (IP No. 17490) and David Perkins (IP No. 18310) both of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, Norfolk, NR1 1BY be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
