At a General Meeting of the members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 14 Regent Street, Nottingham, NG1 5BQ on 10 December 2019, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Joseph Gordon Maurice Sadler (IP No. 9048) and Craig Andrew Ridgley (IP No. 23232) both of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 14 Regent Street, Nottingham, NG1 5BQ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.”
