“That it has been resolved by special resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Alex Dunton, of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham B1 1QH, (IP No: 13810) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”
