NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Rule 15.5 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that a virtual meeting of the creditors of the above named company will be held on 20 March 2020 at 11.15am for the purposes of dealing with Section 99 to 101 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

The virtual meeting will be held using Skype. If you wish to attend this meeting you need to email samantha.hawkins@rsmuk.com by 4.00pm GMT on, 19 March 2020 to confirm your attendance.

Log in details will then be sent to all creditors who have advised that they wish to attend the virtual meeting by close of business on 19 March 2020.

A shareholders’ meeting has been convened for 20 March 2020 to pass a resolution for the winding up of the company.

Secured creditors (unless they surrender their security) must give particulars of their security and its value if they wish to vote at the meeting.

The resolutions to be taken at the meeting may include a resolution specifying the terms on which the proposed Joint Liquidators are to be remunerated including the basis on which disbursements are to be recovered from the company’s assets and the meeting may receive information about, and be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs, administering the original deemed consent procedure process, and convening the meeting.

Proxy forms must be delivered to Samantha Hawkins, RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, 25 Farringdon Street, London, EC4A 4AB before they can be used at the meeting.

Any unlodged proof of debt forms must be received at the address above by no later than 4pm on 19 March 2020.
