NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a General Meeting of the above-named company, duly convened at RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, The Pinnacle, Milton Keynes, MK9 1BP on 20 March 2020 the following special resolution was passed:

That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the company, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.

The Company also passed the following ordinary resolutions:
