“That the Company be wound-up voluntarily and that Stephen Katz (IP No. 8681) and David Rubin (IP No. 2591) both of David Rubin & Partners, 26-28 Bedford Row, London, WC1R 4HE be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up."
