At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 13-15 High Street, Brompton, Kent, ME7 5AA, on 10 July 2019, at 6.30 pm the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Club be wound up voluntarily under section 84(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 pursuant to section 123(2) of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 and that Bai Cham (IP No. 18052) and Lee De'ath (IP No. 9316) both of CVR Global LLP, Innovation Centre Medway, Maidstone Road, Chatham, Kent, ME5 9FD be appointed as Joint Liquidators and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.”
