NOTICE OF PETITION

(RULE 7.10 OF THE INSOLVENCY (ENGLAND AND WALES) RULES 2016)

A Petition to wind-up the above-named Company whose registered office is C/O King Watkins, The Island House, Midsomer Norton, Radstock, BA3 2DZ presented on 8th February 2019 by OLA BARBEQUE (MSN) LIMITED, acting through its sole director Dimitrios Karnachoritis, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, Bath County Court as follows:

Date of petition hearing: Tuesday 26th March 2019

Time: 10 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard)
