Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended) (”the Act”), that a meeting of the creditors of the above Company will be held at A&L Chartered Accountants, Windfall House, D1 The Courtyard, Alban Park, St Albans, Hertfordshire AL4 0LA on 12 April 2017 at 11.15 am for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act.
