“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Ian McCulloch (IP No. 18532) of Opus Restructuring LLP, Mount Suite, Rational House, 32 Winckley Square, Preston PR1 3JJ and Trevor John Binyon (IP No. 9285) of Opus Restructuring LLP, 4th Floor, Euston House, 24 Eversholt Street, London, NW1 1DB be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
