At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at Flat 2, 18 Upperton Gardens, Eastbourne, BN21 2AH on 19 March 2021 at 4.00 pm, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Philip Harris (IP No. 23510) and Colin Ian Vickers (IP No. 8953) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Suite 2, 2nd Floor, Phoenix House, 32 West Street, Brighton, BN1 2RT be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
