At a GENERAL MEETING of Offshore Management Limited duly convened and held at Smithy Cottage, Dykelands, Laurencekirk AB30 1UP on 12 June 2017 the following Resolution was passed as a Special Resolution.

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Derek Grant, Chapelshade House, 78-84 Bell Street, Dundee be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up."
