1. “That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and

2. “That Ninos Koumettou and Yiannis Koumettou of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 1 Kings Avenue Winchmore Hill London N21 3NA, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company”

3. and "that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately".
