A Petition to wind up the above named company having its Registered Office at 1ST Floor Northumbria House, Ocean Business Park, Davy Bank, Wallsend, Tyne and Wear, NE28 6UZ presented on 27th December 2018, by RUPERT GRAHAM MULLINS & JAMES WILLIAM STARES (AS JOINT LIQUIDATORS of Westnew Properties Limited), JWS Business Recovery, St Ann's Manor, 6-8 St Ann Street, Salisbury, SP1 2DN, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Newcastle Upon Tyne, The Law Courts, Quayside, NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE, NE1 3LA, on 12th March 2019, at 15:30 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
