NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended) that a meeting of the Creditors of the above named company has been summoned by David Patrick Meany (IP No. 9453), of Ashtons Business Recovery Ltd, The Old Town Hall, 71 Christchurch Road, Ringwood BH24 1DH, appointed as Liquidator of the above named company on 28 March 2017. The purpose of the meeting is:

1. fixing the basis for the Liquidator's remuneration, and

2. seeking approval that the Liquidator be authorised to incur and pay Category 2 disbursements in accordance with the remuneration and expenses policy provided to creditors.

The meeting of the creditors of the above Company will be held

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge their proofs of debt (unless previously submitted) and proxies (unless they are attending in person) at the office of Ashtons Business Recovery Ltd, The Old Town Hall, 71 Christchurch Road, Ringwood BH24 1DH, no later than 12.00 noon on 21 April 2017, being the business day before the meeting. A creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy holder to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy holder need not be a member or creditor of the Company.
