A Petition to wind up the above named Company of Tai Pan Buffett, 48 Hanover Street, Liverpool, L1 4AF presented on 5 October 2020 by NPOWER LIMITED acting as a Petitioning Creditor of the Company will be heard in the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, Companies' Court, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 2 December 2020 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
