A Petition to restore and wind up the above-named company of OCEAN MARINE PARTNERS LIMITED (09525917) of First Floor, Clavering House, Clavering Place, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, Tyne And Wear, NE1 3NG whose nature of business is sea coastal freight water transport, presented on Friday the 13 September 2019, by WGP GLOBAL LIMITED, of Level2, 16 South Molton Street, London, W1K 5QS claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at the HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE BUSINESS AND PROPERTY COURTS OF ENGLAND AND WALES IN LONDON, Royal Courts of Justice, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 30 October 2019 at 10:30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard ).
