"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ben Robson (IP No. 11032) of Bridge Newland Limited, The Stables, 2 Hillmorton Wharf, Rugby, CV21 4PW be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
