At a general meeting of the Company, duly convened and held on 9 October 2019, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolutions respectively: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Douglas John Pinteau and Richard Andrew Segal of WSM Marks Bloom LLP, Unit 2 Spinnaker Court 1C Becketts Place Hampton Wick Kingston upon Thames KT1 4EQ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up; and That any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators be done by all or any one or more of the persons holding the office of liquidator from time to time."
