A Petition to wind up the above named Company of Suite 2a, Sovereign House, Stockport Road, Cheadle, Cheshire, SK8 2EA presented on 16 May 2018 by Laird Assessors Limited of Whitefield Buildings, 192 Pensby Road, Heswall, Wirral, Merseyside, CH60 7RJ claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be held at County Court at Liverpool, Civil and Family Courts, 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool, L2 2BX on 1 October 2018 at 10.00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
