We, Lloyd Christopher Biscoe (IP No. 9141) and Wayne MacPherson (IP No. 9445) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, The Old Exchange, 234 Southchurch Road, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS1 2EG give notice that we were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 5 May 2020 by Secretary of State.
