At a General Meeting of Members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 24 Hammersmoor Road, Mychett, Surrey, GU16 6JB on 22 June 2017 at 11:00 am the following resolutions were duly passed, number 1 as a Special Resolution and number 2 as and Ordinary Resolution:

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily"

2. "That Richard Frank Simms and Martin Richard Buttriss, both of F A Simms & Partners Limited, Alma Park, Woodway Lane, Claybrooke Parva, Lutterworth, Leicestershire, LE17 5FB, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."
