“That the LLP be wound up voluntarily and that Stephen Paul Grant (IP No. 008929) and Anthony Malcolm Cork (IP No. 009401) both of Wilkins Kennedy LLP, Bridge House, London Bridge, London SE1 9QR as joint liquidators of the LLP and that they be authorised to act either jointly or severally."
