A Petition to wind up the above named company having its Registered Office at Communication House, 290 Moston Lane, 290 Moston Lane, Manchester, England, M40 9WB, presented on 18th February 2019, by HANSON QUARRY PRODUCTS EUROPE LIMITED, The Ridge, Chipping Sodbury, Bristol, BS37 6WD, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at The Business and Property Courts, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, LEEDS, LS1 3BG, on 9th April 2019, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
