Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above named Company will be held at Grant Thornton UK LLP, 30 Finsbury Square, London, EC2P 2YU on 13 February 2017 at 11.30 am for the purposes provided for in Sections 100 and 101 of the Act. If no liquidation committee is formed at this meeting, then resolutions may be taken specifying the terms on which the liquidators are to be remunerated and disbursements charged.
