A first dividend to the company's non-preferential unsecured creditors is intended to be declared in the above matter within two months of the last date of proving set out below.

Any creditor who has not yet lodged a Proof of Debt form, with full supporting documentation, must do so by 26 April 2019. A creditor who has not proved their debt by this date will be excluded from this dividend or any other dividend declared before their debt is proved.

A creditor whose debt is a 'small debt' not exceeding ÂŁ1,000, is not deemed to have proved for the purposes of determination and payment of this dividend and is required to prove their debt by completing a Proof of Debt Form with supporting documentation by the last date of proving.
