The Members of the above-named Company passed the following written resolutions on 15 February 2021 being the date that the requisite majority of members indicated their approval of the resolutions being a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Jonathan Botwood (IP No. 8965) of Muras Baker Jones Ltd, Regent House, Bath Avenue, Wolverhampton, WV1 4EG be appointed Liquidator of the company for the purpose of the winding up."
