At a general meeting of the above named company duly convened and held at 83 Victoria Street, London, SW1H 0HW on 28 August 2020 at 11.00 am, the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Adrian Duncan (IP No. 9645) of Savants Restructuring Limited, 83 Victoria Street, London, SW1H 0HW be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."

At the subsequent virtual creditors' meeting on 28 August 2020 at 11.30 am the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Adrian Duncan as liquidator.
