A Petition to wind up the above-named company of NWRS Building Limited (11600061) of Hillcrest, Woodlands Avenue, Preston PR4 2JQ, whose nature of business is 43390 - Development of building projects, presented on Thursday 23 June 2022, at 10:00 by M.K.M. BUILDING SUPPLIES LIMITED, of Stoneferry Road, Hull HU8 8DE claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on Tuesday 23 August 2022, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
