Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 24 April 2019 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Andronikou (IP No. 8806) and Michael Kiely (IP No. 9617) both of Quantuma LLP, High Holborn House, 52-54 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6RL be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
