A Petition to wind up the above-named company of NVS (UK) LIMITED (07206099) of C Shed, Tdg Storage, Cat & Fiddle Lane, West Hallam, Derbyshire DE7 6HE, And 19 Station Road, Ilkeston, Derbyshire DE7 5LD (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is wholesale trade of motor vehicle parts and accessories, presented on Thursday 19 July 2018, at 10:00 by PURPLE LINE LIMITED, of The Peninsula Business Centre, Wherstead, Ipswich, Suffolk IP9 2BB claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), Rolls Building, 7 Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 19 September 2018, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
