A Petition to wind up the above named company having its Registered Office at 98 Lancaster Road, Newcastle Under Lyme, Staffordshire, ST5 1DS presented on 5 September 2022, by CLOSE BROTHERS LIMITED of Wimbledon Bridge House, 1 Hartfield Road, London, SW19 3RU, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Leeds Combined Court, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG on 25 October 2022, at 10:00am (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
