Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the Joint Liquidators intend to declare a first anf final dividend to unsecured creditors of the Company within the period of two months from the last date for proving specified below.

Creditors who have not yet done so must prove their debts by delivering their proofs (in the format specified in Rule 14.4) to the Joint Liquidators at Azets Holdings Limited, 2nd Floor, Regis House, 45 King William Street, London, EC4R 9AN by no later than 7 October 2021 (the last date for proving).

Creditors who have not proved their debt by the last date for proving may be excluded from the benefit of this dividend or any other dividend declared before their debt is proved.

Date of appointment: Stephen Paul Grant and Anthony Malcolm Cork were appointed as Joint Liquidatos on 28 August 2018. On 5 June 2020, an order was made in the High Court of Justice (Number 002657 of 2020) removing Anthony Malcolm Cork as Joint Liquidator and appointing Meghan Andrews as Joint Liquidator, owing to Mr Cork’s departure from Azets.
