A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Numbermix Limited (Company Number 10369344) of Merrit House, Hill Avenue, Amersham, England, HP6 5BQ, whose nature of business is educational support services, presented on 27 September 2022 by University College London, Research Services, 7th Floor, Maple House, 149 Tottenham Court Road, London, W1T 7BN claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the The Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 9 November 2022, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
