Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 3 June 2021, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Brendan P. Hogan of Cromwell & Co Insolvency Practitioners, 5 Mercia Business Village, Torwood Close, Coventry, CV4 8HX be appointed Liquidator of the Company.”

Subsequently, the creditors resolved to appoint Kevin Ley (IP No. 25090) and Adam Henry Stephens (IP No. 9748) both of Smith & Williamson LLP, 25 Moorgate, London, EC2R 6AY as Joint Liquidators of the Company.
