NOTICE OF FINAL MEETINGS

IN THE MATTER OF:

NUGENT TRANSPORT LIMITED

(IN CREDITORS VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Article 92 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that the Final Meetings of the members and creditors of the above named company will be held at the offices of Gildernew & Co. Ltd, Six Northland Row, Dungannon, BT71 6AW on 26th July 2019 at 10.00am and 10.15am respectively. The meetings have been called for the purposes of enabling the Liquidator to present an account showing the manner in which the winding up of the company has been conducted to give any explanation that he may consider necessary.

The following resolutions will be considered at the creditors meeting:

1. That the Liquidator’s receipts and payments account be approved.

2. That the Liquidator receives his release.

3. That the Liquidator has the power to destroy the books and records of the company 12 months after the final meeting.

A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in their place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a member or creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Gildernew & Co. Ltd by no later than 12noon on 25th July 2019
