At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 2nd Floor, 170 Edmund Street, Birmingham, B3 2HB on 28 April 2022 at 11.00 am, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Benjamin Neil Jones (IP No. 24250) and Rajnesh Mittal (IP No. 15674) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 2nd Floor, 170 Edmund Street, Birmingham, B3 2HB be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators be done by both or either of them.”
