A first and final dividend to unsecured creditors is intended to be declared in the above matter within 2 months of 8 October 2021 (the last date of proving).

Any creditor who has not yet lodged a proof of debt, with full supporting documentation, must do so by 8 October 2021. Creditors should send their claims to James Andrew Saunders, Joint Liquidator, Kroll Advisory Ltd, The Chancery, 58 Spring Gardens, Manchester, M2 1EW. A creditor who has not proved their debt by this date will be excluded from this dividend or any other dividend declared before their debt is proved.

Phillip Duffy IP No. 009253 of Kroll Advisory Ltd, The Chancery, 58 Spring Gardens, Manchester, M2 1EW and Tyrone Courtman of PKF Cooper Parry Limited, Sky View, Argosy Road, East Midlands Airport, Castle Donnington, Derby, DE7 2SA were appointed as Joint Liquidators on 8 November 2013.

Tyrone Courtman subsequently ceased to act on 29 April 2020.

Creditors should note that a Block Transfer Order (High Court of Justice, Business & Property Courts in Manchester CR-2021-MAN-000356) was obtained on 16 June 2021. The Order provided for the formal removal of Philip Duffy from office and appointed a replacement office holder, James Saunders, a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Kroll Advisory as Joint Liquidator of the Company.
