i. "A special resolution that the company be wound up voluntarily."

ii. "An ordinary resolution that That Gavin G Bates and Gary S Pettit, of PBC (Coventry) Ltd, The Techno Centre, Coventry University Technology Park, Puma Way, Coventry CV1 2TT, be appointed joint liquidators of the company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."
